Unless otherwise specified during the order processing channel, SAPERI LOCALI sends the items within two days of receiving the order. We will send a notice in case of delay or cancellation of the order.
The goods purchased on this e-commerce platform are delivered via three methods chosen by the CLIENT:
1) " CLICK AND RETIRE " SERVICE. This is the delivery of goods at the point of sale of Pescara, Via Salara Vecchia, 5/22 at no cost to the customer and during the opening hours to the public of the point of sale (the delivery outside the hours must be specifically agreed with the Staff of SAPERI LOCALI) ;
2) " HOME DELIVERY " SERVICE. This is the delivery of the goods at home within a range of 5/24 hours (h-5/24) in the urban area Pescara - Chieti through the express courier in bicycle Green Bike Messenger , with costs borne by the CUSTOMER or SAPERI LOCALI;
3) " DELIVERY SERVICE WITH EXPRESS COURIER IN ITALY OR ABROAD ". This is the delivery of goods at home within 24/48 hours in Italy through the express courier GLS , or within 96 hours in the rest of the EU and, to be agreed first by sending an email, in the rest of the world, via the express courier DHL (air shipment) or GLS (parcel service) . In both cases, with costs borne by the customer unless otherwise indicated on this platform;
All orders delivered by express courier (hypothesis No. 3) to be delivered as quickly as possible, must be submitted before 16:00 of each working day.
Orders received after 4:00 pm will be shipped within the next weekly working day.
The estimated delivery time above starts from when SAPERI LOCALI delivers the goods to the courier. From that moment, the goods will travel with the estimated time of the courier. The delivery path can be controlled through the tracking service offered on the courier's website. SAPERI LOCALI communicates the tracking code to the CUSTOMER as soon as possible via email.
Neither on Saturdays nor Sundays are considered working days valid for shipping and handling of goods. The same applies to the public holidays of the Italian calendar, December 31st and Good Friday.
The cost for deliveries to the rest of Italy (excluding the metropolitan area of Pescara-Chieti) is directly influenced by the weight and total volume of products purchased.
However, the price of transport varies depending on the weight range in which the total expenditure falls, so that, by buying more products but without changing the weight range, the cost of transport will affect less on total expenditure.
The total weight (expressed in volumetric weight) of the purchased goods can be seen on the top left of the "shopping cart" page before concluding the purchase. Furthermore, in the product description, the gross and / or net weight of the single product is reported.
The weight ranges for shipments to Italy, which determine the cost of transport, are as follows:
1) up to 3 kg
2) up to 5 kg
3) up to 10 kg
4) up to 20 kg
5) up to 30 kg
6) up to 50 kg
7) up to 100 kg
over 100 kg a supplement will be applied every 50 kg.
Furthermore, if the CUSTOMER requires special delivery conditions in Italy (excluding the metropolitan area of Pescara-Chieti), these may be subject to additional and specific charges.

Otherwise, it will be the responsibility of SAPERI LOCALI to contact the CUSTOMER, before making the shipment, to inform them of such additional costs.
These are additional costs:
a) delivery to Venice and the Minor Islands;
b) the change in the destination once the goods have been entrusted to the courier;
c) the stock in the GLS warehouse;
d) delivery by telephone call to the CUSTOMER;
e) delivery to Livigno and to Campione d'Italia;
f) NULL delivery to the passage;
g) payment in CASH;
h) delivery to a floor above the street level and in a place not accessible by normal means of transport.
i) indirect delivery (triangulation).
The service is carried out by Green Bike Messenger by bike.
The time and place of delivery are requested by the customer.
The home delivery service via GBM can be requested before 17:00.
The delivery of the purchased products will only be possible starting from 09:00 and up to 19:00 on the following working day. While, it may take place within the next 2 hours of the same day of purchase if delivery is to be made to Pescara - (map area) .
The home delivery service is not available on Sundays and public holidays.

b) ZONE 2: Chieti, Chieti-Scalo, Francavilla al Mare, Montesilvano, Torrevecchia Teatina, S. Giovanni Teatino, Sambuceto, Villa Raspa di Spoltore, Villanova, Cepagatti, = Euro 4.88 (VAT included).
With the home delivery service you can pay in cash to the courier GBM.
In the event that the CUSTOMER does not collect the goods purchased, the cost of delivery remains charged to it. To avoid the risk of non-collection, the CLIENT is requested to notify at least 2 hours before the indicated delivery time, specifying the delivery change. In the event that the goods are not withdrawn, SAPERI LOCALI has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale, charging any damages to the CUSTOMER where occurred.
With the home delivery service you can also deliver the fresh vegetable on Friday evening and Saturday morning only on the city of Pescara - map area .
Only on the map area of Pescara, it is possible to order the delivery of food already cooked according to the SANIsapori menu. Instead, the volumetric weight ranges for shipments using DHL's "Air World Express" service (air + truck), which determine the cost of transportation, are as follows:

6) up to 4 kg
7) up to 5 kg
Both services cover the following countries: European Union (excluding UK), Switzerland, Norway, Turkey, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Gibraltar, Ceuta, Melilla and the Azores.
In the extra-EU territories listed above, delivery times could be extended due to the necessary customs operations required, as well as the costs could increase due to the additional costs required for possible customs operations.
Home deliveries made within the metropolitan area of Pescara-Chieti, with an expenditure equal to or higher than € 49.00, benefit from free transport. The relative expense is borne by SAPERI LOCALI.This promotion is valid until 31/12/2019, unless otherwise decided by Local Knowledge.
The promotion can not be combined with other promotions, vouchers, coupons and / or discounts that the CUSTOMER makes use of during the purchase. If the customer does not take this rule into account, SAPERI LOCALI will charge the cost that the CUSTOMER will indicate as an alternative to the promotion he / she intends to benefit from.
